By accessing or using HabeshaDoctors ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Medical Disclaimer

HabeshaDoctors is a telehealth facilitation platform. Consultations conducted through the Platform are between patients and independently licensed physicians. HabeshaDoctors does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider for medical questions.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Doctor Verification

Physicians on HabeshaDoctors undergo a verification process to confirm their credentials. However, HabeshaDoctors does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by physicians and is not liable for the quality of medical advice given during consultations.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

• Bookings are subject to physician availability and confirmation.
• Patients should cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment when possible.
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

6. Video Consultations

Video sessions are conducted over an encrypted connection. Recording or sharing session content without the explicit consent of all participants is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable privacy laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or medical professional.
• Sharing false or misleading medical information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent the security or authentication systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabeshaDoctors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any medical consultations facilitated through it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
